Room for 1 person, specially for students. With internet wifi service, furniture, small patio, the appartment has Air conditioning.
I am looking for someone to share my Appartment with. It is located in the neighborhood of Caballito, half an hour to the downtown. Close to subway line's B (A. Gallardo Station) and A (Primera Junta Station), and many bus stops too. It is Clother to Centenario Park.
The rent includes Wi-Fi Internet, Electricity, Water, Gas etc. The room Furnieture is one Single-bed, a chair a small table and some other stuff too.
The appartment has a big living room with a futon, a small Patio with alot of light (the room has a window to the patio). The Kitchen and the Bathroom are both just renewed.
I am 26 and I'm a history student in UBA. I am looking for a student to share my appartment with, specially for a person who stays in Buenos Aires for 6 month or more, but less time is acceptable too. I do speak in spanish, i am argentinian!. I can speak some english too, and a little less of German and polish as well. So if u want to get some practice with your spanish I may be usefull to that.
Estoy buscando un estudiante para compartir mi departamento. Esta en el Barrio de Caballito. a 30' del Centro. Cercano a la linea A Estacion Primera Junta, y linea B, estacion A. Gallardo. Cerca del Parque Centenario.
El alquiler incluye Internet Wi-Fi, Electricidad, Agua, Gas. Etc. La habitacion esta equipada con una cama de un cuerpo, una mesita una silla y algunas otras cosas. El departamento tiene un amplio Living con un Futon, una mesa sillas, y un pequeño patio techado con mucha luz al que da la ventana de la habitacion. La cocina y el baño fueron renovados hace poquito.
Yo tengo 26 años y soy un estudiante de historia de la Uba. Busco alguien que se quede minimo 6 meses, aunque menos tiempo es conversable. Hablo español, soy argentino, y tambien ingles y un poquito de polaco y aleman.
