this position is responsible for the entire order life cycle (quote submission, order processing, permissioning, and billing) while providing support to the account team and associated client base.
continuously build knowledge based on the initial trianing period, compile documentation into siebel, clients requests, manage order life cycle from end to end for all client users, proivde inforamtion and reslove prolbems with thomsorneuters' data as they realte to the proudct.this inculdes meeting requirements and deadlines in an accurate and timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the quote to billing process. review and adhere to daily schedule, adhere to quality standards for the department, accountable for identifying and escalating obstacles influencing timely resolution to customer requests, use crm software to adequately document progress of requests and inform internal and external clients of status and expected resolution or completion, ability to adjust support procedures to optimize the efficiency of service, take on projects as requested.
