as a membership travel consultant you will be expected to service international and domestic booking, particularly at the high end luxury travel segment.

you will be working in a fast paced environment, dealing with american express premium card memebrs. the ability provide exceptional customer service through:
· giving cardmembers timely, accurate and relevant information
· managing cardmember expectations,
· delivering on the american express brand promise to be the worlds\' most respect service brand
· delivering service above and beyond normal expectations
· taking ownership of the customer and the outocmes
2. an undersatnding of premium travel reltaed araes such as geogarphy, proudcts and sysetms.

- 2 years of travel working experience
