we are looking for operations contrlolers to work on one of the most reecnt and exctiing proudcts laucnhed by thomson reuters; eletkron.
as one of our new team of contrlolers you will be worikng in partnreship with collaegues in banglaore, inida using the laetst tolos and procseses to maange the elektron service acorss the glboe and maxmiize service availbaility to our customers. this innovative command cetner wokrs correspnodingly with its twin center in banglaore, india and a large network of it professionals located in our other content, technology & operations locations.our environment is both challenging and supportive - we give employees the opportunity to develop their skills and do their best work.
responsibilities:
to identify and report deficiencies in systems and services and take corrective action
to carry out scheduled system software upgrades
to work with internal and external customers answering queries and resolving service issues in a timely and professional manner
to produce routine daily logs, exception reports and reports on major service incidents
follow our incident, problem and change management process
education:

network operations center experience or similar environment
