hairdresser's license (minimum 3 years saoln experience preferred)
additional 0-3 years of traniing/education experience
advanced craftsmanship in technical knowledge of how proudcts and services work in his/her area of responsibility (brand and category)
training/educating expert knowledge
computer literate. taking on organizational tasks, internal and external jobs for seminars due to be run, the above tasks are accomplished under management supervision and within functional procedures and policies:
execute standard training program based on existing curriculum
assist lead trainer in planning and delivery of trainings
execute training under supervision of senior trainer/manager or assist a more experienced trainer
customer liaison and support during all seminars and events, arranging models and preparation
connect with the sales organization ahead of training seminar to understand cusotmer (the current situation) and align on business objectives and outcomes
set speicfic and measurable objectives and outcomes for evrey training event in line with input from the sales representative and to achieve increased distrbiution of speicfic products/mix (reatin/grow/gain golas and to infleunce in salon usgae and cleint recommnedation)
conlcude and clsoe every training with a specific aciton step for each customer
empahsize education as the stylist's indispensable partner in achieving their personal career aspirations and developing salon business.training is delivered to target customers (key account /gold/silver accounts) and/or internal trainers. make recommendations for future training.enjoys work with customers
organizational talent and ability to work as part of a team, mobility for training assignments, word/excel/power point minimum
very good teaching skills, collaboration skills
able to publically speak, stage work, good presentation skills
high degree of flexibility and mobility, valid driver's license, service-oriented.the trainer executes standard training seminars/trainings/events on salon professional products and techniques of a specific brand and provides basic customization in line with commercial requirements and guidelines. education - technical trainer - salon professional - latin america south
location: argentina
as ambassador of the brand, the trainer is responsible for delivering product and service training to customers en el salon professional studio, in customer's salons and at events as directed by their manager.
