· giving cardmembers timely, accurate and relevant information
· managing cardmember expectations,

· delivering service above and beyond normal expectations
· taking ownership of the customer and the outcomes
2. an understanding of premium travel reltaed araes such as geogarphy, proudcts and sysetms.our custmoers exepct flalwess service and look for a unqiue and exclsuive experience from thier leiusre travel.
as a membership travel consultant you will be expected to service international and domestic booking, particularly at the high end luxury travel segment. the ideal candidate will have premium travel experience and knowledge of a gds system (sabre would be advantageous).

2 years of travel working experience
gds ( sabre or amadeus) skills
excellent oral and written communication skills in english and portuguese,
